A listing in For Sale By Owner with a page of up to 400 words and a photo of your property, plus a live e-mail link to you, costs only $30 to set up, then $10 a month billed in three-month increments. Set up includes a title, one photo, up to 400 words, and link to your e-mail. Extra photos are a one-time $10 setup charge. If you have a web page already for your property and you want only the listing with a link off to your own page of information, cost is $15 setup and then $10 a month. Business listings in the SuperDirectory
Make sure your business can be found in the Sandpoint Online SuperDirectory. A Basic Listing with your business name, address and phone number included in one business category is FREE; to get listed, simply e-mail us your information. Or, improve your online position with an Interactive Listing, only $45 for six months, or $75 per year. Interactive listings get placement in up to three business categories, so long as they are relevant to your business; preferred placement above the Basic listings (alphabetical among other Interactive listings); up to 30 words of description about your business; a link to your business website; and an e-mail link at your option.
