We are a very fun large family who lives life to the fullest! Mike and I have 2 biological children (14 and 15), 4 children who we adopted from China (ages 9,10,11, and 12) and 3 children we adopted from Ethiopia (ages 4,5, and 10). They are all GREAT kids who are a very tight sibling group :) We also employ a full time teacher (Miss Mary has been with us 3 years now) as we home school. I compete on the Irish International Equestrian Team, and Mike is a trainer, so we are on the road for 4-6 months a year competing. The whole family travels together, which is super fun, for the adventurous spirit! We travel to Canada, up and down the west coast, spend 3 months of the winter in Wellington FL at the Winter Equestrian Festival, and also compete in Europe. The kids are all great travelers! At home, the job hours are quite predictable, roughly 9:00-4:30 M-F, and Sat 9-2. We try to do a date night once a week as well :) At the competitions the schedule varies depending on the competition schedule. Miss Mary has the kids in "school" from 9-3. Our nanny feeds the gang lunch from 12-1, but other then that only has the little ones during the day. Out nanny has all the kids after school until she leaves (1-2 hours a day), but the older kids are pretty self sufficient. I need help with laundry, so expect to do 1-2 loads of kid laundry a day, and lunch prep. The kids are great with helping with laundry and cooking as well! Its a super fun job for the right person. Our current nanny has been with us 5 years, and its just time for her to make a change. Our previous nannies were with us 5 years and 3 years respectively, with one short term nanny in the middle for 6 months. I share that to show that it really is a fun job, if you are an adventurer at heart! Included in the job is a salary of $2,000 per month and also an apartment. We are looking for a female nanny aged 18-25 only pls.
